
Muyu by Manutti
What do you do when a luxury furniture brand needs their new collection launched yesterday, but it is the middle of winter, outdoor locations are off the table, and flying abroad for a single shoot blows the budget? That was exactly the challenge Manutti faced with their Muyu collection. Studio shoots had always been a hard no for them. Too artificial, too staged. Until they saw what we could do. We built every backdrop from scratch, handled all styling in-house, and produced both the campaign video and full photography set in a single studio session. Even the soundtrack came from our own recording studio. No location scouts, no travel days, no compromise on quality. When Manutti saw the final result, they could not believe their furniture had never looked better. And it was all done under one roof.








The Challenge
Manutti needed to launch their new Muyu outdoor furniture collection fast. With winter setting in across Europe, outdoor shooting was not an option. Flying the entire collection abroad for a single set of visuals would have been cost-prohibitive. And Manutti had always been sceptical of studio photography. They feared it would look staged and artificial, failing to capture the natural elegance their brand is known for.
Our Approach
We proposed a full in-house studio production, with photography and video captured in a single, efficient session. To address their concerns about the studio look, we showed them examples from previous projects where we achieved a natural, editorial aesthetic without ever leaving the studio.
Every element of the production was handled internally:
Custom backdrops: designed and built to complement the Muyu collection's warm, organic aesthetic
Full art direction and styling: curated to match Manutti's brand identity
Photography and videography: shot simultaneously to maximise the production day
Original music: composed and recorded in our in-house recording studio
Colour grading and post-production: refined to deliver a cohesive visual language across all deliverables
The Result
A complete visual campaign, video and photography, delivered on time and on budget, without a single day on location. The studio setting that Manutti had always avoided turned out to produce some of the strongest product imagery they ever had. One production, one location, zero compromise.
